Speech and OT client skills will be assessed through a combination of an interview and a formal, standardized assessment. We gather general information about a client such as primary concerns, previous therapy, assessments, and present diagnoses. This evaluation session allows us to meet the client, family and/or related professionals to discuss the best approach towards meeting the client’s needs and goals.
